These terms govern your use of the Nova Capital Limited platform. By opening an account you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use the products offered. Where local rules restrict a product, access is limited accordingly.
Your account
Your email and country are fixed once you register; everything else you can change in settings. Keep your credentials and any 2FA device secure — activity under your login is your responsibility.
Trading and allocations
Prices shown are the live prices we maintain for each instrument. Figures quoted for plans, copy-trading and staking are projections over a stated term, not guarantees. Capital is at risk and you may get back less than you put in.
Funding and withdrawals
Deposits are credited once confirmed. Withdrawals are released after identity verification and may be reviewed before approval. We may decline a transaction where we are required to.
Termination
We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
